Have you ever driven a Mercedes Benz or a BMW? Did it feel luxurious? If you answered yes to both of those questions then you are kidding yourself and you have never experienced a true luxury car. Luxury and Exclusivity go hand and hand. You can’t have one without the other. Let’s use the numbers to put this all into perspective.
Nearly 300,000 BMWs and nearly 300,000 Mercedes Benz autos were sold in 2007. With figures that high it’s hard to call those vehicles exclusive. By comparison RollsRoyce sold 1000 units. Lamborghini sold 2400 cars. Aston Martin sold nearly 8000 units. Bentley sold 10,000 units. Compare 300,000 units to 10,000 units, and then spell out which company sounds more exclusive? Before we go any farther, it should be noted that an automaker’s sales figures should be of statistical significance to their respective class in order to bring a comparison. All companies which are being stated for the purpose of this expose sell enough vehicles in their class to make them statistically significant.
Some people will claim that Mercedes Benz sells the McLaren SLR super sports car and the Maybach luxury sedan. At $450,000 and $480,000 both car are could be touted as exclusive and luxurious. I guess you could consider that a proper argument if both of those cars weren’t vastly inferior to other cars in their respective classes. Inferior, yes both cars are vastly inferior to other cars which are sold in the same class as they are. If they were superior then they would match or beat their respective competitors in sales. Maybach Zeppelin – A Classy Example of World Class Interiors and True Value For Money

The Maybach Zeppelin is a luxury saloon car from the house of German automobile manufacturing company, Maybach-Motorenbau GmbH. The Maybach Company was founded by Wilhelm Maybach in the year 1909. The headquarters of the company are situated at Stuttgart in Germany. Daimler AG is considered as the parent company of Maybach.
The company had offered its first experimental car in the year 1919. The very first production model was unveiled at the Berlin Motor Show in 1921. Daimler had unveiled its brand new Maybach Zeppelin model at the 2009 Geneva Motor Show. Maybach Zeppelin comes with 20 inches wheel finished with Chrome shadow, 6.0 Liter bi-turbo engine. The car produces output up to 640 hp with a torque of 1000 N-m.
The interior design of this car is quite outstanding with high gloss piano lacquer trim and finest quality leather design. The car is offered with a price of 406, 000 Euros for its 57 Zeppelin model, whereas 473, 200 Euros for its Zeppelin 62 model. About 100 units of 2009 Zeppelin model cars are being offered to the market.
The car buyers find the new Zeppelin as the one of the most attractive cars from every point of view. The contrasting two tone special painting enhances the looks of latest generation Zeppelin cars. To reduce wind noise, streamlined exterior mirrors are designed with the vehicle.
